Berge is responsible for the administrative oversight of First
Lutheran Church. The role of pastor includes many things from
preaching, teaching, visitation, and caring for the spiritual
concerns of all who come to this place. |

Pastor Desiree' Uhrich - Associate
Pastor

Pastor Desiree' Uhrich was called to serve First
Lutheran Church in January, 2011. She has a dual focus in her
ministry. She is called half-time to serve in parish ministry, i.e.
preaching, leading worship, teaching, visitation, pastoral care. The
other half of her call is to the Interfaith Domestic Violence
Project where she is engaged in equipping congregations and clergy
to better respond to domestic violence and sexual assault among
their parishioners and in their communities. This work is a
partnership of the Western North Dakota Synod Office and the North
Dakota Council on Abused Women's Services, and it is a statewide
effort.

Janell
Shannon - Administrative Assistant

Janell Shannon is the center of
communication. When you call First Lutheran Church, she will be the
voice on the phone. She performs all office and secretarial duties
to include, gathering information, planning and printing bulletins
and newsletters. Keeps records and reports of all members, groups
and committees, coordinates volunteers, manages physical logistics,
schedules rooms for church use, distributes mail and forwards
messages to staff, groups and committees.

Lisa Herbel -
Treasurer
Lisa is
responsible for the financial management of First Lutheran Church,
including bill payment,
bookkeeping, and generation of financial reports to church council.

Luther Conway- Custodian
Luther's position is vital to the life of First Lutheran Church.
This position is more than maintenance of the Church
building/property and reflects a high standard of cleanliness and
order. Our custodian is responsible for cleaning an environment that
reflects hospitality, warmth, care and safety for all who enter. |

Lois Fett-
Parish Nurse Lois
Fett serves as our Parish Nurse. In this position, Lois is
available to reach out in times of medical concern. Lois visits
with individuals who are hospitalized and follows up later to assist
with questions or needs that may arise following hospitalization. |
